Refund policy

Personalized & Custom Items 

All personalized and custom-made products are final sale. 
Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@everythinglabeled.com with:

  • Your order number 
  • A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
(Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.)

Order Changes & Cancellations 

Because production begins quickly, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. 

Color & Placement Variations 

Slight variations in color, font size, and placement are part of the handmade/custom process and are not considered defects.
